Bio Information

Amy is a trusted attorney engaged in the general practice of business law and estate planning including wills, trusts, and gun trusts. Her mission is to provide ethical and accurate legal advice, while ensuring that her clients fully understand their legal issues.

Amy was raised in both Louisiana and Houston. She received her B.S. in Biology from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2005. Amy began her career as a registered investment advisor in 2006. In her role as advisor, Amy developed the utmost respect for her clients and the advisor/client relationship.

In 2011, Amy began pursuing her legal education. While in law school, she clerked for a firm specializing in large class action lawsuits, working to protect the general public. Amy’s financial background and careful attention to detail led her to develop a great interest in tax law, which led her to an internship at the Internal Revenue Service. Amy also spent two semesters in the University of Houston Law Center’s Civil Clinic handling many different types of cases including divorces, guardianships, and bankruptcies. She received her J.D. from the University of Houston in 2014. Upon completing law school and passing the Texas bar exam, Amy opened The Law Office of Amy M. Glasscock, PLLC in the Houston Heights to serve the legal needs of fellow Texans.
